WE'RE MARRIED! + Some Changes to the Blog...

Hello! It's been awhile!

Sooooooo.. Camilla and I got married on April 10, 2021. That means tomorrow marks 6 weeks into marriage! Wow. Time sure flies.

It's been over two months since our last blog post. The blog lives on! Even after doubling down on my commitment to this blog in mid-January, I still somehow came up short! Funny how life works that way. At this point, I have no idea what will happen with this blog.

Even with the wedding behind us, we've still got a lot of work ahead of us - a lot of exciting work! Here are a few updates in our lives and some of our upcoming goals:

  • We got married and went on our honeymoon! We went on a road trip across Texas! We visited San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and came back home to Houston.

  • We went thrifting while on our honeymoon and we're documenting it on our YouTube channel! We hope to make our money back on the things we sell as well as pay for our whole honeymoon! We're well on our way. Check it out!

  • Camilla has moved into the house and we're settling in just nicely.

  • Our reselling side hustle is doing really well. Nearly $14,000 in sales and nearly $9,000 in profit after fees and other expenses (before taxes). Our goal this year is $21,000 in profit before taxes.

  • We have fully funded our ROTH IRA's. That's a total of $12,000 in our investment accounts.

  • We hope to max out our 401k accounts while supplementing our income through reselling. That's $39,000 between the two of us for the 2021 calendar year.

  • We are a little over 500 subscribers on our YouTube account and it looks like we will make it to 1,000 by the start of November like we planned.

  • I hope to keep writing on this website, but probably not as often as I wanted (weekly).

  • I continue to write for the Grotto Network and at this point, I've got 4 articles published on their website!

So yeah, we've got a lot going on! We hope that you are well and that you are making big strides toward your goals. We appreciate you so much for reading!

With love,

Khang (and Camilla)
